Submissions for the February edition are now open. Submissions are due by February 14, 2011.

Guidelines for submissions
|
|
|

Text documents should be submitted as:
- Word documents
- 10 point font
- single spaced lines
- single spacing between paragraphs
- single space after punctuation
- no other formatting please
- photographs should be submitted as either jpeg or tiff files (300 dpi). If this is not possible, please send original good quality photos for scanning.
- photos sent via email should be resized smaller before submitting - if larger than 2MB they may not get through. Photos MUST have permission of all participants to be included in the newsletter.
Articles in non-electronic format that are neatly written are still eligible for inclusion.
2. Articles: PLEASE NOTE WORD LENGTHS:

Short articles of 500 words, including references, photographs and diagrams. 50-60 word biography and photo of author should be included.

Longer articles of 500 - 1000 words, including references, photographs and diagrams. 50-60 word biography and photo of author should be included.
3. Reviews:
- 500 words. 50-60 word biography of author may be included.
